Jacob’s Ladder
After returning home from the Vietnam War, veteran Jacob Singer struggles to maintain his sanity. Plagued by hallucinations and flashbacks, Singer rapidly falls apart as the world and people around him morph and twist into disturbing images. His girlfriend, Jezzie, and ex-wife, Sarah, try to help, but to little avail. Even Singer’s chiropractor friend, Louis, fails to reach him as he descends into madness.

Really fantastic movie, my favorite in mystery category. Most movies, even the greatest ones, evaporate like mist once you’ve returned to the real world; they leave memories behind, but their reality fades free quickly. But not Jacob’s Ladder. This movie literally has everything. This is a movie you can watch online with any crowd of people, and everyone will enjoy it at least a little.
It is a movie that truly knows what it is and wastes not even a second in conveying what that is. This movie has destroyed my mind and nothing will happen after that It’s taken me multiple rewatches and a lot of hours on the wiki to understand everything.
